Toronto Fashion Week - Day ONE

There's more to Toronto than Drake. Although I am an increasing fan of his. (It's actually embarrassing how much I love Drake!) Truthfully he put our city back on the map, as one to watch. And even more true, is the fact that I am very blessed to call Toronto home and attend World Master Card Fashion Week.

" WMCFW is ultra native to Toronto. Every designer that shows is Canadian to the Tee. As much as we seek talent outside of our borders, it's important for us to recognize our own homegrown talent. I consider myself very honoured to witness artistic history that will stretch further than Toronto, and shape the wardrobe choices of tomorrow. Especially this upcoming Spring. "

I presented you with a few snapshots from last nights show. But to say that the above photos captured all of the wonder that last night held would be a complete understatement.

Mikhael Kale put on a phenomenal presentation. Designs were brought out with exquisite pink and coral hues, detailed beading, erogenous zones, and lots of white. The entire composition, from start to finish was very well composed.

Today marks day two of Fashion Week in the city, and I look forward to bringing you, if only a sliver of what our cultivated talent displays on the runway.

Best wishes for the upcoming week,

Seerlee
