An adept storyteller, entrepreneur, and marketing professional, Seerlee Archer has devoted her career to facilitating stories that matter. As the Brand & Marketing Specialist of beauty distributor, Living Beauty Inc., Archer ideates, innovates and executes targeted marketing strategies that have helped propel Living Beauty Inc. to the forefront of the Canadian beauty landscape. Her creative vision and tactical execution make her an invaluable contributor to the brand’s business development, working to secure core partnerships and contributors, increase sales, and create a more cohesive brand experience for consumers.

Among her proudest accomplishments is the development of Living Beauty Inc. Journal, a brand magazine currently on its second issue. Archer worked alongside the art direction, photography, and writing teams to develop editorial concepts, finetune messaging, and oversee the final product. Presently, Archer is also helping to launch a direct-to-consumer beauty store and spearheading a first-of-its-kind “beauty menu” in partnership with select Canadian hotels. Set to debut at The Fairmont hotel, Archer’s beauty menu will blend hospitality, customer service, and retail for a customizable luxury experience built for beauty enthusiasts on the go.

For the past year, Archer has also served as a Research Analyst for celebrity ghostwriting agency, WritersBlok. As the eyes, ears, and heartbeat of the operation, Archer conducts market research to help strategically position clients against competitors, streamline agency processes, and ensure that the client vision is upheld throughout each WritersBlok project. An integral part of the team, Archer also acts as project manager, facilitating effective communication and consistent messaging between clients and writers.

Prior to her current position, Archer served as Marketing Coordinator for Skechers, managing marketing partnerships and overseeing campaigns across Canada and the United States. Her crowning achievement was the successful execution of a 12-door mall campaign with Cadillac Fairview, resulting in a 39% sell-through for the advertised shoe and a 46% increase in total sales within 30 days. Fluent in both English and French, Archer also assisted in translating Skechers copy and messaging for the Quebec market.

In whatever capacity she serves, Archer’s innovation, organization, and industrious nature reflect an entrepreneurial spirit that began early on in her career. While completing fashion management studies at Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, she co-founded and launched Undivided, a loungewear and intimates brand for men and women that ran for two years. Built around the ideal of inclusive, comfortable clothing for all, the budding brand positioned Archer to hone a wide array of skills that would serve her well later on in her career.

Whether orchestrating systems and marketing for other brands or constructing her own from the ground up, Seerlee Archer operates with one professional credo at heart: Every interaction with the brand matters.
